My pricing is very simple and I offer FREE ESTIMATES for any job.

  • Standard Rate

  • Hour Projects
  • I charge an hourly rate for labor on all projects, with the exception of "by the job", which are based on the project. Materials cost are not included in my hourly or job rate, but will be included as part of the estimate and will be clearly itemized on the final bill.

  • Emergency Services

  • $70 minimum
  • There will be a $70 minimum charge for emergency projects.
    Examples:
    Water heater exploded!
    Toilets are backing up into the house!
    Outlet sparking!
    Other needs between 10PM - 6AM

  • Trip Charge

  • $0 None
  • There will be no trip charge for estimates and most standard projects. Locations outside a 30 mile radius will be subject to a one time fee, depending on mileage.

    We can split the payments up based on project size and cost.

About Me

I started my home improvement career when I was 14 years old, working weekends with my Dad on all types of projects. I’ve done jobs as small as changing a light bulb for an active senior to completing a full basement adding a bathroom, two bedrooms and a family room.

Best of all, I offer advice for free.
